All product images are for illustrative purposes.
Wood grain, colour tone, and natural variations may occur.
Our products are handmade in small batches.
Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts.
Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
3. Safety
The Tots Box™ contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 36 months.
Cards and stickers are printed using thermal printing (no inks, no solvents).
Wooden components are FSC-certified and left unpainted.
We meet CE/UKCA requirements for handmade toy compliance (see Safety Page for full details).
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed once full payment is received.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
5. Shipping
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier.
Delivery estimates are approximate.
Lost parcels will be investigated with the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unused
In original packaging
Returned at the buyer’s expense (unless faulty)
Custom items or personalised cards cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective.
7. Faulty Goods
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
