A visual reassurance tool allowing children to see where you are, when you're not with them.
Helping children understand separation in a way that feels familiar, almost like a simple board game.
Pieces move to show where everyone is.
The child is in control.
They move the figures themselves, placing their loved ones where they are going. This gives the child a sense of involvement in the transition, they aren't just being left, they are actively participating in the goodbye.
By moving the Tot they are giving their blessing for that person to go, reducing anxiety and resistance around separation.
